Having placed my initial enquiry, your immediate response, very competitive quotation and a friend had also previously experienced your extremely professional, reliable service, the arrangements were all very carefully put into place to collect a completely unknown mare from the West Country to Kent within a few days.
You kindly kept me in contact with the days timings and arrived exactly as stated. My new mare was totally calm and relaxed after an extremely long day and you assured me that it was very unlikely that I would be needing your services to return her!! How right you were - she really is here to stay.

Many thanks for the stress free journey on Tuesday to the Vet Hospital, I can’t believe my mare loaded so easily on the way home thanks to your careful and considerate driving. You were good company too especially having to spend three and a half hours waiting there. I can certainly recommend you to anyone needing equine transport.

Just to say a belated thank you for the hire of the horsebox last Saturday. It was lovely and easy to drive with plenty of room inside. We were very grateful that it was available at such short notice as I am sure you are usually booked up weeks in advance and think you said you'd just had a cancellation for that day which was very lucky for us! I hired your lovely horsebox to drive my daughter (and horse!) to a show. It was so easy to drive and made the day hassle free! Our horse loaded and travelled in it brilliantly and we shall certainly be hiring it again - what a great service.
